Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Coreva Design will ship your order to the address you provided at checkout via UPS.

Ordered items are generally shipped within 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order date, but during sale or promotional periods, shipments may take longer. Delivery times are: 1-3 business days for deliveries within Italy, and 1-5 business days for deliveries within Europe. We currently do not ship outside the European Union.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the package and products for any damage or discrepancies. If you find any issues, please report them immediately by emailing us.
Please note that Coreva Design is not responsible for any subsequent delivery failures if the package is not delivered directly to you.

All items are shipped from Italy. If your destination country is not listed at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that country.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. You can view the shipping cost online at the end of your order before confirming it.

RETURNS

To return an item:
•If you have created a personal profile, go to the orders section scroll down to the item you want to return, and click the return button. An automatic email will be sent to your email address with the return label.
•If you placed your order as a guest, please email us indicating your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to ship the items back to Coreva Design.

When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned products in our warehouse, subject to the return request being compliant with the received return. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take several days to process.
If more than these days have passed, please contact us.

How should I return my item?

Returns will only be accepted if the items meet the following conditions:
•The price tag and barcode must be intact and attached to the items.
•The items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories received with the order.
•The items must not have been washed or altered and must show no signs of wear.
